Drake on admission was 3 months old and was small and weak. He spent the great part of his time sleeping. At the age of 4-5 months, he could look at the caretakers and smile. He could be quiet hearing the music. He likes looking at his own hands. He could hold the hand with the other one. At the age of 6-7 months he could make sound when teased. His eyes could follow the toys waved before him. At the age of 8-9 months old he could respond when talked to and laugh aloud. He could get the toys and play with them alone. He could look for the dropped toys. He could pick up the dropped toys in a hard way. He needs several shots at picking up the toys. At the time he could roll over and could crawl to the things he wants. He has 2 teeth. Now he could have meals. But he is not familiar and needs the feeding from the caretakers. It might be because of the brain paralysis; he could not stand and is slow in the reaction although he was more than 10 months old. Now he is one year old, he could understand simple orders in the family, like come here, have meals, drink water and sit down. His limb development is slower than the common child. Now he could stand against things. He is practicing walking. He is learning walking with his hand held. He seems not easy and his motion is slow.
Drake is a little introverted and is only close to his caretakers. He likes playing with his caretakers. When the strangers come close to him, he would look at the strangers. If you hold him in the arms he could look at you without expressions, not smile or make sounds. He could look around when he comes to a new environment. He is curious with the new environment.
