From Sept 2014:
Archer has delayed mental development. He had seizures once in September of 2012, since then he did not have any, but he insisted on taking medicine every day. Now he is living in the foster family. He is taken good care of by foster dad and mom. He rarely speaks with parents, but he can understand the direction, sometimes can make sound of “aa”, sometimes can call mom.
Now he is taller, can walk, can go up and down steps, likes mom taking him to the playground to swing. He can get on and off the crib, can recognize sofa, chair, wheelchair and bike.
He can hold the biscuits and steamed buns to eat, likes teasing dad and mom, can kiss mom in the bed, also can touch mom’s face. He can get on the bed if seeing mom taking the diaper and let her change it. He can cooperate to put on clothes, likes mom taking him to play outdoors.
