CCAI has been ranked #1 by the China Center for Children’s Welfare and Adoption (CCCWA) for overall assessment among the 178 international adoption agencies and countries around the world placing children from China! The CCCWA (formerly known as the CCAA) is China’s highest authority for international adoption affairs.

CCAI is also a Hague accredited adoption agency.

More than 12,000 Chinese children have found loving homes through our services , since 1994, more than any other agency in the world. Our passion for children with special needs has resulted in the successful placement of more than 4,000 children through the Waiting Child Program.

Financial Integrity

We are one of the few agencies that disclose up-front, detailed and itemized fees and expenses. CCAI’s program fees are considered to be among the lowest in the US, with no hidden charges or last minute surprises.

We consistently strive to operate like a close and caring family with a personal touch. You can absolutely count on us to be with you every step of the way.

China Support

Our very capable bilingual and trustworthy staff will accompany, serve and support you 24 hours a day while you are in China.

We keep you informed at all times through our 24-hour phone/e-mail/fax response policy, In-Touch newsletter and personal, password-protected online Parent Access Network.

Our founders and many of our staff are adoptive parents. We truly understand and share your expectations, desires and dreams.

Thousands of CCAI adoptive families volunteer as references and mentors. They are available to talk with you about their adoption experience.

We offer complete on-site as well as online adoptive parent training classes that meet CCCWA and specific Hague Convention training requirements.

Cultural Support

We provide ongoing on-site and long distance cultural and emotional support to our adopted children and their families through our Joyous Chinese Cultural Center.

We reach out to the children left behind in orphanages through our Children’s Charity Fund. On average, we contribute $500,000 per year to support thousands of orphanage children through child care, foster care and providing medical and educational support.
