The Senior Accountant will assist the CEO in all financial aspects of the agency. This includes, but is not limited to, providing accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring effective and transparent accounting for all financial transactions of the agency, providing the CEO, President, and the Board with financial data and reports on which management decisions can be based, and helping CCAI to maintain 501(c)(3) status.

The Park is seeking a creative, youth-focused Youth Programs Coordinator to serve tween and teen adoptees (ages 7–17) and their families. This role is the primary owner of The Park’s youth programming, including AdopTween and Adopteen, and serves as the relationship anchor for our younger adoptee community. The ideal candidate is passionate about adoptee community building and advocacy, experienced in working with children and youth, and committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for young participants and their families.
This role sits within The Park’s Adoptee Programs department, working closely alongside the Adult Programs Coordinator to drive all adoptee programming under The Park. A warm, intentional handoff as teens transition into adult programming is a shared responsibility between the two roles.
Commitment: 30-40 hours/week (full time summer)
Time Frame: Summer Season
Compensation: $18-$20/hour

The Adoptee Programs Intern will support the Adoptee Programs Coordinator in the design, facilitation, and evaluation of programs serving adoptees of all ages. This is a project-anchored, learning-focused role ideal for a student or emerging professional with interest in nonprofit program coordination, adoptee advocacy, or community-centered work.
