CCAI is dedicated to providing orphans with the medical care they deserve. Meet Dang XiangSi and D.H., two young men whose lives have been changed through medical care for orphans in China with support from generous donors.
Dang XiangSi’s Journey
Born with clubfeet and abandoned shortly after birth, XiangSi lived with the pain of walking for 18 years. His condition made it difficult for him to participate in many activities, and others often ridiculed him. His dream of walking pain-free seemed impossible for all those years until CCAI stepped in.
With the help of CCAI, XiangSi underwent a $15,000 surgery at Linfen Hospital. His recovery is going well, and his gait is significantly improving.

D.H.’s Journey
D.H. is another young man beginning a new chapter in his life. He is preparing for high school graduation and plans to study computer science at a technical college in China.
For much of his school life, D.H. relied on a wheelchair, which limited his ability to participate in many activities. However, with the help of CCAI, D.H. was fitted for prosthetics at a hospital in LinFen, China. Only a week after receiving the prosthetics, he began rehabilitation. Every day, D.H. is learning to walk again and is excited about his future.
Our Goal for 2025
In 2025, CCAI plans to fund more surgeries for orphans in China. We also aim to raise funds for new rehabilitation equipment and 25 medical beds for children with special or medical needs.
